What is iMobile-Audio?
iMobile-Audio is a mobile music technology platform that enables musicians to engage with fans & distribute content anywhere, anytime via QR Codes.
How do I upload my profile image?
Once logged in, Select the “Profile” tab. Select the “Choose File” tab below the text “Format Your Profile”, choose an image, the maximum size for a profile image is 728px by 728px, after choosing an image select the “Save” tab.
How do I upload my music?
Once logged in, Select the “Music” tab. Enter the song title in the “Song Title” box Next enter the URL(s) to the source from the which the song can be streamed, downloaded or purchased in the box beneath “Where to Stream/Buy/Download” (optional) (Audio Upload or Link Option) If Uploading Upload the Audio file-(Only 30 seconds of the song will be playable-for preview/sample) To Upload an Image for the audio file, Select the “Choose File” tab, choose an image, the maximum size for an audio image is 150px
How can I connect/sync my music from other sites?
Once logged in, select the “Music” tab. Enter the song title in the “Song Title” box. Enter the URL of the song to the site(s) from which it can be played or streamed beneath the text “Or Link to Audio File (URL)”
How do I integrate my social media?
Social Media/Content Sites Once logged in, select the “Connect” tab. Select the drop-down menu, then select a site from the list, enter the URL to the site in the “Enter Site URL” box and select the “Save” tab. (You can select as many sites as you wish. If a site is not listed, select “Other” from the list and enter the URL to the site.
Adding Widgets
Once logged in, select the “Connect” tab. Select the “Widgets” tab or scroll down the “Widgets” section on the webpage. You will need to find the “Widget” of the Social Media site, Music or Video content you wish to integrate and Copy the Code/HTML for the content and Paste/Embed it in the appropriate Widget section. You can integrate content from other sources by copying the Code/HTML and pasting/embedding it in the “Other” Widget section box.
Adding News
Once logged in, select the “Connect” tab. Select the “News” tab or scroll down the “News” section and enter any news or updates you wish to publish and select the “Save” tab.
Adding Website Links
Once logged in, select the “Connect” tab. Select the “Links” tab or scroll down the “Links” section, enter the website title and website URL in the appropriate sections and select the “Save” tab.
Can I sell music on iMobile-Audio?
Currently iMobile-Audio is not a music distributor however, users can share and link music along with the sources from which the music is distributed.
Can I upload a video?
Users cannot upload videos however, you can link the sites from which the videos can be played.
How do I link videos?
Once logged in, select the “Video” tab. Enter the Video Title, enter a description of the video (optional), then enter the URL of the video to the site from which it can be viewed, if you wish to upload an image for the video select the “Choose File” tab, choose an image, the maximum size for a video image is 100px by 60px, after choosing an image select the “Save” tab.
Can I sell merchandise?
Currently iMobile-Audio is not a merchandise distributor however, users can share and link merchandise along with the sources from which it can be purchased.
How do I add or link Merchandise?
Once logged in, select the “Merch” tab. Enter the merchandise title, enter the price in US dollars amount, enter a description of the merch (optional), then enter the URL of the merch to the site from which it can be purchased. Finally Select the “Choose File” tab, choose an image, the maximum size for merch image is 150px by 150px, after choosing an image select the “Save” tab.
How do I change my email?
Once logged in, select the “Register” tab, delete the current email and enter the new email address then select the “Save” tab.
How do I change my password?
Once logged in, select the “Register” tab. In the box that says “Password” enter the new password then reenter the new password in the “Confirm Password” box then select the “Save” tab.
I forgot my log in?
If you forget your log in info, select “Forgot my log in” beneath the “Sign In” tab on the Sign In page. Enter your email address and select “Submit”. You should receive an email containing your log in username along with a URL to select that will reset your password. After you select the URL you will be able to enter a new password. Select “Submit”, now you can log in with your username and new password.
How do I delete my account?
Once logged in, select the “Billing” tab. Check the circle that says, “Cancel Subscription” select save. All content associated with your account will be deleted and the QR Code will be inactive.
What is a QR Code?
A QR Code, which is abbreviated from “Quick Response Code” is a 2-Dimensional barcode that typically consist of black colored squares arranged on a square grid that’s capable of storing data such as a URL. QR Codes can be scanned and accessed using any standard QR Code reader app such as ScanLife as well as Twitter and devices using iOS 11.
How do I download my QR code?
Once logged in, select “Download QR Code” which is located directly above the smart phone, after selecting “Download QR Code” save your QR code to your device or computer.
How do I use my QR code?
To use your QR code, download it to your computer or device. The QR Code can then can printed on items such as business cards, flyers, posters, album covers, merchandise or anywhere else you want to give music consumers access to your content. Once presented, the QR Code can be scanned with a smartphone or device using any standard QR Code reader app, Twitter or devices operating the latest version of iOS and Android. Once scanned it will instantly direct users to your iMobile-Audio profile page and give access to your content.
What is the iMobile-Audio card/QR code card?
iMobile-Audio currently provides members with a promotional feature entitled “iMobile-Audio Cards”. This feature is a plastic card that contains a printed QR Code that directly links to the members profile page once scanned via QR Code reader application or technology services similar in nature. These cards are currently provided at no cost as a promotional product feature for a limited time. This feature is only provided as a promotional product and is not included with the paid digital subscription service.
iMobile-Audio card cleaning recommendations
We recommend cleaning the iMobile-Audio card with water and tissues or a soft flat surface cloth. We do not recommend using alcohol, glass or surface cleaners as the chemicals in those cleaners can cause damage to the QR Code and foil printed on the card.
Card Replacement
iMobile-Audio is not responsible for QR Code cards lost, stolen or damaged while in your possession. Members can request card replacement via email. Members are responsible for all fees associated with card replacement including shipping, as described in Section 3b of the iMobile-Audio Terms of Use.
